YUM-O! I can smell it from here... my salivary glands are going into overtime. I don't bake much anymore and we don't get the best of weather for it very often anyway, but I think you're tempting me to just go for it.
You know, Sara, I don't often bake bread in the summer because I think the humidity will mess up the yeast, but our summer has been so mild! It's whole wheat... I use a higher fibre stoned wheat flour that I get at the Bulk Barn. YUM!!
